- The jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. How to Return an Item
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send the item back.
- Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions:
- We will process your refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original purchase and place a new order for the item you desire.
